Hello

Not too long ago, I found myself caught in the relentless grind of a 9-5:30 corporate job. Despite the fancy job title and a steady paycheck, I was drowning in burnout and overwhelmed by a cascade of pent-up emotions and negative patterns. I was on a hamster wheel with no time to figure it all out.

 

Then, everything came to a head. A severe anxiety attack and thoughts of suicide forced me to confront the harsh reality—I needed a change. In a bold move, I bid farewell to my role as a Marketing and Communications Manager, along with the security of a monthly paycheck. It was time to prioritise myself and follow my heart.

What I discovered was profound. I learned that job titles and money, no matter how impressive, couldn't fill the void or bring lasting happiness. The real joy came from doing the things I loved. So, I took the leap, stepped into working for myself, and waved goodbye to the suffocating grip of corporate life.

My nervous system isn't shot to pieces today, and life feels like pure bliss. The journey from that dark place to where I am now has been transformative and I now support myself doing what I love. I'm committed to helping more people find freedom from pent-up emotions and burnout. I couldn't think of a better thing I would rather be doing with my life than sharing, through the techniques and tools I've acquired, the slice of bliss I've created for myself with others.
